David launched Incharge Group with co-founder Paul Turner in 2004, following two years of intense research and development. Under his guidance, Incharge has cemented its position as Australia's leading provider of online expense management.
Aside from his board position, David controls the company's sales & marketing and actively oversees customer roll-outs. He is a regular speaker on best practice expense management at educational briefings for CFOs. Outside of Incharge, David also acts as a business consultant, specialising in customer and employee research programs and management-planning.
On the personal side, David is married to Sonja and they have three young children – Emma, Ben and Joe. He is an avid reader, particularly books about fascinating people, history, health and nutrition. He enjoys golf (especially the 19th hole!) and soccer, listening to a wide variety of music and socialising with best friends. He might also win the Trivial Pursuit world championship – if only all the questions were about the Beatles.

Paul is highly regarded for his deep knowledge of current technologies and exceptional vision of emerging IT trends. His key strength lies in helping companies to successfully align their business strategies with technology.
His main role is to maintain the company’s clear leadership position by overseeing the continued development of Incharge’s expense management software. With his extraordinary ability to think ‘outside the square’, he often implements expense management solutions where more complex design is required.
Paul is married to Ali and they have three young children – James, Kelly and Melissa. Outdoors, he enjoys playing golf and going diving wherever there’s a beautiful reef although his big hobby is music, even appearing as an occasional DJ. He’s a comedy buff too, which coupled with his vast music knowledge, makes it impossible to win against him at a game of ‘beat the intro’!
